Transpersonal Regression Therapy

Sathya Wellness Solutions

Why do certain patterns repeat?
    Despite your awareness of them.
Why do some fears feel deeper than experience can explain?
    Stronger than the situation warrants.
Transpersonal Regression Therapy begins by gently tracing those patterns to their origin.

When the Pattern Feels Bigger Than You

There are experiences that logic doesn't quite reach. Fears with no clear origin. Reactions that feel disproportionate. Relationships that repeat a familiar ache.

Sometimes, the mind holds things that go beyond what we consciously remember, emotional imprints from experiences we cannot easily locate or explain.

Transpersonal Regression Therapy offers a way to access and work with those deeper layers. Not to uncover drama, but to understand what has been shaping your responses and gently resolve it.

Do Past Lives Exist?

This is a question that has been debated for centuries.
In therapy, the debate is not the point.

One Perspective

As Actual Experience

Some view regression experiences as genuine memories from previous lifetimes representing moments from the soul's journey across time that continue to shape present-day responses and patterns.

Another Perspective

As Symbolic Material

Others see regression experiences as symbolic narratives emerging from the subconscious, a way the mind creates meaningful stories to help process unresolved emotional material.

In practice, the focus is not on proving either view. The question is simpler: does exploring this layer help resolve what you are experiencing? In many cases, it does.

What Is Transpersonal Regression Therapy?

A structured therapeutic approach that accesses deeper layers of memory and experience, in order to understand and resolve what keeps repeating.

Transpersonal Regression Therapy works by helping you access memory beyond what the conscious mind typically recalls. This includes early life experiences, emotional imprints formed in formative years, and, depending on your orientation, symbolic or past-life material that holds emotional charge.

The process is not about exploring for curiosity. It is about identifying the origin of a pattern that is active in your life right now, and doing the therapeutic work to process and release it.

This is guided, structured, and collaborative. You are never alone in the experience.

Accesses

Deeper layers of memory: emotional, early-life, and symbolic

Works Toward

Resolving unresolved emotional imprints at their origin

The Process

Guided, structured, and entirely collaborative

Suitable For

Those open to exploring patterns beyond the surface

Begin Your Journey

The Bridge

The process does not begin with searching randomly through past experiences.

It begins precisely with what you are feeling right now. A current emotion, a physical sensation, or a recurring thought becomes the bridge, the thread that leads back to the origin of the pattern.

This is what makes the process focused, purposeful, and therapeutically effective rather than exploratory.

Present Feeling

Begin with what is active right now: an emotion, a reaction, or a physical sensation in the body.

Trace the Pattern

Follow the feeling backward through memory, sensation, and association toward its source.

Locate the Origin

Access the original experience where the emotional imprint was first formed.

Process & Release

Work through the experience therapeutically, releasing the emotional charge and completing what was left unresolved.

What Happens in a Session

Structured, guided, and always at your pace.

Settling

A calm induction brings the mind into a relaxed, focused state, present and inward.

Identifying the Issue

The current pattern, emotion, or concern is brought into clear focus as the starting point.

Following the Bridge

Sensation, emotion, or thought becomes the path, tracing back through layers of memory.

Processing

The origin experience is explored, understood, and worked through, releasing its emotional hold.

Integration

Awareness settles. What shifted in the session begins to integrate into everyday experience.

This is not a passive process. You are not taken anywhere.

You are guided to explore your own internal experience, with full awareness and at your pace.

How the Work Unfolds

Depending on what emerges, the session may draw on one or more of these approaches.

Method One

Regression

Moving back through layers of memory to locate the origin of a current pattern or emotional response, processing it at its root rather than at its surface expression.

Method Two

Personification

Parts of the self, unresolved patterns, or internal conflicts are given form, allowing the mind to engage with them directly, understand their role, and bring resolution.

Method Three

Somatic Awareness

The body holds what the mind doesn't always say. Physical sensations become access points for locating where emotional material lives in the body and working with it there.

What It Can Help With

People come with many different concerns. Underneath most of them is a pattern that feels older than the current situation.

Something that has repeated. Something that feels unresolved. Something that is ready to shift.

Anxiety & unexplained fears

Relationship patterns & attachment

Emotional triggers & reactivity

Grief, loss & unresolved trauma

Psychosomatic symptoms

Feeling stuck or without direction

Phobias & irrational fears

Recurring life patterns

Deep-seated limiting beliefs

How Healing Happens

Healing does not come from simply seeing or remembering an experience. It comes from what happens next.

Release

The emotional charge attached to a memory or experience is reduced, so the same thoughts no longer carry the same weight.

Understanding

When you can see where a pattern came from, its grip on present behaviour naturally begins to loosen.

Completion

Experiences that were interrupted or unresolved are given a chance to complete, so the mind stops returning to them automatically.

Integration

What shifts in a session gradually integrates into life as new responses, clearer perception, and reduced reactivity.

This Work Requires You

Transpersonal Regression Therapy is not something done to you. It is done with you, and that distinction matters.

The depth of the work, and the quality of what shifts, depends significantly on your willingness to engage. Without that, the process remains at the surface.

This is also not a quick fix. Some things shift in a single session. Others require time, patience, and a genuine commitment to the process. Both are valid and both are respected here.

Requires willingness to engage emotionally, not just intellectual observation.

Not every person is ready for this work at every point in their life, and that is completely valid.

The process is collaborative. Your facilitator guides, but the experience is yours to navigate.

Results vary. Depth and pace are individual and cannot be predetermined or guaranteed.

An initial consultation helps determine whether this approach is the right fit for you right now.

What This Is Not

A few things worth being clear about before we begin.

Not about discovering dramatic past stories. The work is about understanding why something within you continues to respond the way it does, not about uncovering an interesting narrative.

Not spiritual entertainment or storytelling. This is therapeutic work. The goal is resolution, not fascination. What you experience has value to the extent that it helps you process and release.

Not a passive experience. You are not taken somewhere. You remain present, engaged, and in full awareness throughout. The facilitator guides, but you are the one doing the work.

Not a requirement to believe in past lives. The approach is effective regardless of your personal belief framework. What matters is your openness to the process, not your position on its metaphysics.

Healing is not about what you discover.

It is about what you are able to process and release.

The value of any experience accessed in regression is not in its content alone.

It is in whether you can meet it, understand it, and free yourself from carrying it forward.

That is where the real work lives.

Patterns That Feel Deeper

If you find yourself facing something that has repeated, despite awareness and despite effort,

It may not be about trying differently.

It may be about going deeper.

Transpersonal Regression Therapy offers a way to explore and resolve those patterns from their root, with care, structure, and genuine therapeutic intent.

You May Be Wondering

Do I have to believe in past lives for this to work?

No. Your belief system does not determine the effectiveness of the process. Whether you experience what emerges as actual memory, symbolic narrative, or imagination, the therapeutic value lies in what you process and release, not in what you believe about its origin.

Will I be in control during the session?

Fully. You remain aware and present throughout. You can pause, respond, or stop at any point. The facilitator guides, and your experience, at every moment, is yours. Nothing is imposed.

What if I don't "see" anything?

Not all regression is visual. Many people experience feelings, impressions, physical sensations, or simply a sense of knowing. The process works with whatever the mind offers and all of these forms are equally valid and therapeutically useful.

Is this suitable for everyone?

Not necessarily. This work requires emotional readiness and genuine willingness to engage. An initial consultation helps assess suitability and if this approach is not the right fit at this time, your facilitator will guide you toward something more appropriate.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies entirely with the individual and the nature of what is being explored. Some things shift significantly in one or two sessions. Others require more time and depth. Your facilitator will discuss this openly with you. There is no fixed programme.
